Foldable and adjustable workout bench for full-body training

With 10 different backrest positions, this workout bench allows you to customize your training exactly as you need it, whether you are training at home or in the gym. Thanks to the smart slot design, it is easy to find and set your ideal angle; simply lift the backrest support bar and you are ready to go.

The backrest and seat are made of tear-resistant and non-slip leather with soft foam padding that holds its shape without creasing, while also being non-slip and sweat-resistant, ensuring a comfortable workout experience. With a backrest length of 75 cm, the bench is suitable for users up to 185 cm tall.

The construction is made of heavy-duty steel with a unique triangular design, making the bench robust and durable enough to support up to 230 kg. The adjustable, non-slip foot caps keep the bench stable during your workout while also protecting the floor from scratches, so you can train safely and securely.

The bench comes almost fully assembled; you simply need to attach the front and rear support tubes, and both instructions and tools are included in the package. After your workout, it easily folds down to just 90 x 40 x 25 cm, saving up to 80% of space and allowing you to easily store it in a corner, in a closet, or under the bed.
